House Rules of Domaine Le Piboul

To guarantee the safety, tranquility, and comfort of all our guests, please read and respect the following rules on the estate:

⏰ Rental Periods & Timings:

  • Low and mid season: Arrival from 4:00 PM, and departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
  • High season (July / August): Rentals are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival on Saturdays from 4:00 PM, and departure on Saturdays by 10:00 AM at the latest.

🚭 Pets, Smoking & Events:

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed inside our cottages or anywhere on the estate.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the cottages. Ashtrays are available outdoors.
  • Parties & Events: Our cottages are places for rest. Rentals for bachelor/bachelorette parties, student events, or other excessive drinking parties are strictly prohibited.
  • False Declaration: In case of a booking under false pretenses, the deposit and key caution will be fully withheld. Access to the property will be immediately denied or revoked.

👥 Occupancy & Guests:

  • It is strictly forbidden to occupy the cottage with more than the stated maximum number of people allowed for the accommodation.
  • Setting up extra tents, caravans, or motorhomes on the estate grounds is strictly prohibited.
  • Children under 2 years old do not count toward the maximum capacity but must be mandatorily declared before your arrival.

🗑️ Cleanliness & Waste Management:

  • Household waste and recyclables must be sorted and placed in the specific plastic bins located under the large staircase, heading towards the parking lot. Garbage bags must only be thrown away when tightly closed.

🏊 Shared Spaces (Pool, BBQ & Games):

  • Swimming Pool: Accessible day and night, provided that you respect the peace. It is unattended; children must be under the mandatory and constant supervision of an adult. Glasses/bottles are tolerated by the waterside with extreme caution. The toilets of your cottage are less than 50 meters away.
  • Barbecues: The use of wood/charcoal barbecues is restricted exclusively to the summer kitchen (fixed location). The fire must be monitored at all times and the grate brushed clean after use.
  • Playground & Trampoline: Free access under parental responsibility. Only one child at a time on the trampoline, without shoes.

⚡ Energy, Electric Vehicles & Quiet Hours:

  • Air Conditioning & Energy: Air conditioning must only operate when the cottage windows and doors are closed. It must be turned off whenever you leave the accommodation.
  • Electric Vehicles: Charging any vehicle from the domestic outlets inside the cottages is strictly forbidden. EV charging is possible only upon request in the parking lot of the estate, at a rate of €0.30 / kWh.
  • Electric Bikes: For fire safety reasons, charging electric bike batteries must strictly be done outdoors, outside of the cottages.
  • Tranquility & Neighborhood: We require total respect for neighbors from 10:00 PM (lowering noise volume), and absolute silence from 12:00 AM (midnight) across the entire estate.
  • Security & Keys: Cottages must be locked when you are away. In case of lost cottage keys, a flat fee of €50 will be charged and deducted from your deposit.

🔥 Safety & Fire:

  • In case of fire, evacuate the building immediately. Call emergency services (112 or 18) and notify the owners. For minor fire outbreaks, you can use the extinguishers available in the cottage. Guests must have a working mobile phone to contact emergency services.
